When you use your credit card with Baby Bottles Online you can be assured that you are protected against the misuse of your credit card details. We use Digicert 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that all your information is safely encrypted when it is transmitted. The padlock symbol on the bottom right of your page confirms that you are protected by the secure connection when you enter your card details.

We prefer that you order through our secure site as your credit card details are not viewed by us and we can be assured that your order and address details are entered accurately.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal and all payments are processed through the secure payment gateway with the Commonwealth Bank.

Postage & handling costs

We use Australia Post Express Post bags at no extra cost to the customer.

$9.95 for delivery Australia wide for up to 5 kilos. We use Australia Post Express Post and Fastway Couriers so that your order can be tracked.

Order in excess of 5 kilos may attract and additional postage charge which we will confirm with you.

International Post

Please email us should you wish your goods to be shipped internationally and we will provide a quote for postage.

Delivery times within Australia

In most cases, you will receive your goods within 10 working days of placing your order, most often within 5 working days of placing your order. If a product is out of stock, this may delay delivery by a few days until we are able to have it sent us from our suppliers. It is most cost effective to wait the extra days so that we can send your goods all together, however if you urgently need your products we will gladly send what we have now, and the rest when it arrives, however this will incur 2 x delivery charges.

If we can not fit your goods in a 3kg Australia Post parcel, then we will use a Courier 5kg parcel. Couriers will take longer to get to SA, WA, TAS, NT and all regional areas than Australia Post, but it is a much cheaper way of getting your goods to you - your patience is appreciated!

Delivery service terms & conditions

• If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange redelivery).

• If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.

• Instructions to leave - you can also leave special instructions (in the Additional Info during Checkout) for the order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you have any concerns about any products sold to you by Baby Bottles Online, please call or email us. We will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Any refunds for orders using credit card details will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to place the order.

If you are not satisfied with a product once you receive it, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging, and we will refund your money (the buyer pays for all shipping costs). However, please contact us first to advise that you are returning the product.

Should you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss the best course of action. Please do not return products without first contacting us. In the case of a faulty product, the first course of action is to have a replacement part or full product sent to you. In some circumstances and only after consultation with us faulty products can be returned to us for refund, buyer pays freight costs.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

We are committed to the use of recycled packaging. The white ‘foam’ like packaging material we use is bio-degradable (made from starch and water). We only use a small amount of bubble wrap where essential, and this is recycled from the packing materials we receive from our suppliers. Keep the cycle alive by re-using it!
